Luke's surgery went well this morning...praise God! The procedure took about an hour and a half. Both inguinal hernias and the umbilical hernia were repaired and he was circumcised. He was taken back to the NICU for recovery. As we were leaving, Nurse Faye was giving the medication to reverse the paralytic. We hope they will start weaning him from the ventilator as soon as the sedative begins to wear off. Here are a few pictures of him without any tubes or tape across his sweet, little face.
